Paleo Leap

The Fit Father Project
Designed for men in their 40's or older. But the workouts and diet are great for younger guys too!

1) Fit Father 30x - a fantastic workout program that includes diet advice.  Workouts are generally 25 to 30 minutes long (a little longer starting out).  Diet advice is solid, easy, and tasty. (Affiliate Link)

2) Fit Father 1-Day Meal Plan: This FREE ebook is arguably one of the best recources around. Designed for busy men aged 40 or over, it's full of good eating advice, and has delicious recipes that you can use.

3)Fit Father 24 Minute Workout: A fantastic FREE workout that you can use 3 times a week.  It's a great workout!
